After much research on Alibaba, I purchased from Xiamen Jui Yi Technical Co., Ltd.which I believed to be a good honest company and thus decided to commit to a purchase so this year I bought a 1920H  and was told it would be fit to use in my motor vehicle. The item was not, and was of bad quality, so I had to pay to return it twice, as it broke down the second time as well. The company gave me the address to send the device to. I sent it by airmail, emailed the proof of postage form,  After constant emails that were never answered sales person Tommy Chen at Xiamen Jui Yi Technical Co., Ltd. 
  And now it seems that  I am unable to recover either a proper replacement device or my money back.
   Originally been sent  a broken model, and then another one that did not last 1 month before the same problems occurred.
     It is my opinion that the company Xiamen Jui Yi Technical Co., Ltd. and it's so called international manager should be treated cautiously and avoided at all costs due to their failure to act as a responsible company and realise that a fault lies with the staff and failure to respond positively to their customers after taking the customers money, and not supplying the proper items promised as per the purchase contract.
Failure to act in accordance as a diligent, moral or legal company that offers a product and back up warranties with no customer service except to benefit themselves only, and to leave the customer without a product and money spent.
This company has given me no other choice but the one I am taking now.
Please ensure as many people read this so they do not get into the same fix as I did with this company, and remember the names, Xiamen Jui Yi Technical Co., Ltd. Fujian, China and Rayee Technology Taiwan,

they refuse communicate, or to return my money or return a new proper device
                                Why??
